더불어민주당 경산시의원 비례대표 후보로 김기현 전 대선 경산선대위 공동선대위원장(38세, 사진)이 추천됐다.
더불어민주당 경북도당은 지난 26일 제3차 비례대표후보자추천관리위원회를 열어 경산시 기초의원 비례대표 후보로 김기현 전 위원장을 단수추천했다.
김 전 위원장은 이화여대를 졸업하고 현재 영남대학교에서 박사과정을 이수하고 있다. 더불어민주당 경산지역위원회 문화예술특별위원장을 역임했고 지난 대선에서는 경산선대위 청년 공동선대위원장으로 활동했다.
그는 “서민과 중산층을 대변하는 더불어민주당의 비례대표 후보답게 경제적 기본권 실현, 시민의 문화권 보장, 지역경제 활성화에 노력하겠다.”고 포부를 밝혔다.
한편, 더불어민주당 기초의원 지역구 후보자는 이르면 29일께 결정될 전망이다.
