경산시공무원노동조합(위원장 이상현)은 상반기 정기인사 앞둔 지난 5일 전 부서를 돌며 ‘전보인사 축하선물 안주고 안받기’ 캠페인을 전개했다.
이번 캠페인은 전보, 복직 등 인사이동 시 축하선물을 주고받는 것이 관행, 미덕이라는 이름으로 이어지고 있지만, 과도한 선물로 인한 비용 부담과 위화감 조성 등은 건전한 공직문화를 저해하고 있어 선물 대신 마음을 나누는 따뜻한 공직문화를 조성하자는 취지이다.
이날 노동조합은 경산시청 소속 각 부서를 돌며 조합원들에게 전보 선물 근절을 당부하고 선물 글로 축하의 마음을 전할 수 있도록 엽서(영전을 축하하는 나의 마음)와 ‘전보 축하선물 안주고 안받기’ 홍보물 배부했다.
이상현 위원장은 “이번 캠페인 전개로 인사 이동철 축하는 선물 대신 마음을 나누는 새로운 조직문화가 뿌리내리길 바란다.”고 말했다.
